No fad diets, no restrictions, no unrealistic expectations. Just the tools and support you need to become your strongest self, mentally and physically. Think of me as the best friend you never knew you needed.

Sample meal plans

Welcome to your personal sample meal plan! There are over 500 recipes to choose from should you need some inspiration.

Personalised training

You’ll get tailored home/gym sessions that will push you, no matter your experience level. These will be tailored to your goals. Access is through my app, with easy-to-follow instructions and progress tracking.

Weekly check ins

Stay on track with weekly 1-1 progress check-ins. Together, we'll review your progress, make modifications and overcome any barriers that may arise.

Pricing

1-2-1 coaching - £99 per month.

No joining fee, no contract. You are free to leave at any time. I do advise a minimum of 3 months. New habits are not created overnight and progress takes time.
